October 12, 2009 Dear Shareholders: Just wanted to give a brief update on the Television Commercials and inform everybody that the launch date has been pushed back until October 19, 2009. We apologize for the delays, but there are a few key elements that we wanted to change to give us the best possible conversions: 1. We have switched from our call center being a straight IVR (voice recognition) to live operators who will be acting as our sales agents. In the past we only had IVR, now with live operators; we will really be pushing our whole line of Re Juv by Caci, in other words “better sales and conversions”. This has taken more time to set up. 2. We have made some major changes in the commercial itself. We really looked at this, and felt it needed a major overhaul. This was going to be finished by Friday, but was delayed until the middle of this week. Once commercial is finished, we will be posting it. 3. We have also changed our fulfillment house to accommodate both the internet sales and the television sales. 4. This week we will post commercial schedule. We have learned from the past by rushing and not looking at every aspect of the commercial, fulfillment and call center that we are not going to accomplish the best possible conversions. Also in delaying another week, both the new internet campaign and the television commercials will be launched on or near to the same dates, which will help with the sales ratios. We are still looking at the month of October as being a huge month for sales of our Re Juv by Caci line.
