PEFF...Shared this a couple weeks ago in the high teens before it moved. AWESOME Opening today. Nice, recent volume increase. insider buying. Low float. Moves on air. Great managements and BOD credentials. Looks like the real deal! Go green and energy savings is hot now. This company addresses both.
