Good morning all,
I am new to stock world and have invested in NANOS. I called Ameritrade regarding following article:
"the board of directors is to issue a special one time 20% restricted stock dividend to our known shareholders as of Nov. 3, 2004."
They did not know what this exactly was, they told me that it was preliminary news. Can any one tell me what does that mean? Are they going to give the shareholders 20% of the shares they have in stocks?

I am soooo confused!
