Claw you got me. Definitely an AON transaction. I was thinking maybe they started selling back in Aug and finished in Sept. They did have 87 million. Could of been a GTC order put in back in August. Still I have to wonder why at .002. It is a large sum of money for someone to spend on a OTC BB stock. Not you average investor. Was it arranged? Who knows. Maybe someone with a little more "insider knowledge" saw the opportunity to make money and took advantage of it. We can only speculate at this point.
