To go off in one block like that, it had to be an AON sale.

Now, why would anyone put in an AON sale of 77 million for .002 (1/2 of the then prevailing market price)???
And who was the buyer? Was there an "arranged" buyer who put in a purchase order for 77 million+ shares with a limit of, say, .002?????
