mschere, after last Q, I'm not sure I am going to forecast the revenue/expenses for a while. I like doing it; in fact analysis is a forte [I'm sure some might find that statement amusing] of mine. But, IDCC's business model cannot readily withstand small bumps in the road. This is primarily due to low volume from each customer. I know this will change in the future. But for now, a customer misses an order, the impact of mix within brand, temporary incremental legal or other expenses, whatever, indivivually hit the bottom line very hard! Miss one of these events in your forecast and one's EPS forecast can be off by 100, 200, or a 1000 percent.

I hope your numbers are spot on. Anything above $30M is gravy.
