There's a lot of discussion about the gagged TA and the number of outstanding shares. I'd like to say that I don't think it really matters.

The company is in the development phase, searching for revenue streams but not really generating revenue at the moment; and they've been doing this for some time. During this phase, I can almost guarantee you that they'll raise the maximum amount of capital by selling the entire lot of authorized shares. Sure, they are diluting, but for a start-up stock with a share price of .0013, one billion shares outstanding is hardly dilution to panic about. I wouldn't really worry unless they try to increase the A/S.

If the development phase is a success and the company can generate one million dollars in earnings (and with the current market on minerals it wouldn't take much) the share price par value would hit about $0.02 even if the full 1.0B shares are outstanding. I think we should focus on future developments and not the gagged TA. Good luck to all.
