I emailed signature this morning and got the same message as tuesday. Looks like they just used the wrong year. As of 9/30/09 they were still giving info.
"**Effective 10-04-2008 we have been advised that the company will be disseminating all information regarding the shares outstanding for VIPR Industries please contact John Riccio at email - jriccio@viprindustries.com for more information. "

Heres the most recent O/S count available.

* The total shares outstanding for VIPR as of 09-30-2009 was 572,780,154 shares outstanding with 525,022,484 shares free trading and 47,757,670 restricted with 1,000,000,000 shares authorized.
