Gapping up after such a big volume day yesterday is very positive. Somebody wanted to sell yesterday and just took advantage of the volume to sell what looked like 200k shares.

You never know if he has more, but at least that is gone--plus another 1.8 million shares traded and have new owners with low prices instead of those that have bought higher and could be impatient.

There will be a day when they announce the actual value of the contracts--but considering who they sell too--the "spooks" in the Federal Government, for example, I am sure there is a reason that they are not as forthcoming
