And that's what I believe. Am I not allowed to make $$$ on it? ITCV went from .0015 or so to .005 bouyed up by tradersnation mentions, stockprowler and hotstockchat touting. Then they put out an (imo) lint filled PR and it hasn't gone near .005 since. Alot of shares were bought between .004 and .005 but I don't think MMs want to risk taking it back that high for fear of bagholders dumping shares back on them....

That's my take, my opinion...you don't have to agree or like it.

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
