he didnt confirm a settlement but did deny..he also said he doesnt listen to anything on the cpu and referred me to filings. Although he didnt say if there was any infringements er not he did say patents are/and have been expired and if there were any infringements in the past they could benefit. i dunno was a very odd discussion with him to say the least.

i kinda got in it with him cuz he told me he has no control over whats on the internet and whatnot..then i asked him so it doesnt concern you at all that someone started a website up claiming to be your company and posting false info on it..he said it was out of his control..strange to say the least
