Actually a decent point : however, he's not releasing any MATERIAL info when called so he's covered legally, although to your point it IS a bit risky for him if not 100% disciplined as he's been. Shareholders already pounded him in the past on "fluff" PR's: my take is he'd rather have the "how are we doing?" calls rather than the "what the hell was that PR?" calls...I know I would
