Why would the MM's bother adding to their inventory at the rate of 100 shares per trade? For that matter, why would they bother adding MOBL at all? According to the iHub trade chart, someone put in an order for 30K shares and just started buying them at 100 shares at a time. Weird.

I've heard similar things said about MM's, but so far, no one's ever really been able to provide the rationale about why MM's do the sort of thing that you said they do.
