Sorry man. If I misinterpreted your first post, I apologize. It sounded like you were bashing me by the tone of laughing at my question regarding UCAD. I felt my response was still fair even in light of that. I was just asking that you be accurate if bashing. If you were not bashing and just being lighthearted, I misinterpreted and I'm sorry.
And I still disagree. I think the dates have been anything but consistent by the company. They PR some dates but not others. They change dates without PRing the change. The ratios change. The dates change. Hell, there were at least a dozen posts I've read by people that are still wondering where their GEMM and CIM shares are. Not to mention, my conversation with two separate Ameritrade reps confirmed that the company never supplied them with an ex-dividend date and thus it was still POSSIBLE that the company could declare the ex-dividend date as the distribution date at the last minute. I laughed but that's what they said. The bottom line is I asked what I think was an important question. A question that confirmed that the NASD information appears to be accurate. With all the changes and PRs and lack of PRs, I think it was natural to have some skepticism. It's been answered now. I feel comfortable that the record dates as stated in the NASD will stand as the date you must have owned the shares to receive the dividends, and the distributions will occur as projected.

As always, these are my personal opinions.
Hopefully nobody in here is investing anything but "fun" money that they can afford to gamble with.
