thats impossible when the entire a/s is 2.2B -- the o/s can never over exceed the a/s

the o/s is about 1.98 I would believe true, but the majority of that is restricted with one or 2 private placements in there that are also restricted

I would GUESSSSSS the float around 1B - to - 1.3B

(Trust ME, I would not lie to YOU!!!) ;-0)
