A totally crooked enterprise in naked shorting, and sometimes right in broad daylight. However, I don't think we are getting shorted now. The point was, we (Lehman) are here today, at this point, because of it. Naked shorters would be risking a lot to do it now with so much scrutiny and leagl actions taking place.
