I did see that over the weekend on another board. Good article. Taking actual possession of shares would solve a lot. Especially for oil trading. Can u imagine how cheap oil would be if speculators actually had to take possession of the barrels they trade? The solutions to shorts is so clear and simple but unfortunately those entities donate so much $ to legislators, nothing will change
