Alright. I have not posted for awhile but this Anna vs Rob litigation issue has been going on for awhile. From what I understand and what I've been told is that Rob somehow bought Meridian from Anna without her actually realizing it. Therefore, Anna is trying to take back control of the company from Rob and THAT'S why there is a lawsuit. That's the deal in a nutshell. I wouldn't have posted anything unless I felt investors were being mislead. Well, after learning this information a few months back, I sold ALL my stock. Best loss I have ever taken because this thing is a sinking ship. Sorry folks, I had a lot of faith in this company until this whole management & ownership issue surfaced. The ship has sailed and will sink like the Titanic. The people behind the ship are incompetent and have no right misleading investors such as myself and everyone on this board. God, the bullshit and lies posted on these forums based on information fed over the phone makes me want to puke. Please take this how you will but if you put lipstick on a pig, it is still a pig. I have no stake in this stock anymore so I am posting this for no reason but to warn the faithful about what I heard was going on behind the scenes. Take this information for what you think it's worth. If you think I'm full of it, sorry for wasting your time. Good luck!
