The Allay patch is the first to give the OTC status. Which they have in Canada (Health Canada Approved) and Europe (CE approved).
BIEL is hugh threat to the Aspirin Cartel IF it gets some ground swell and people like the results. I don't think the last two are guranteed. But there will be enough business to make BIEL a big deal. IMO.
Another important note - BioElectronics Wins Wall Street Journal 2009 Innovation Award. They are getting attention, this will cause the big pharma some concern. Hence the potential for delays noted in the WSJ on line - http://online.wsj.com/article/SB125426793950751021.html .
