Newbie recap, and a reminder to longs why we are here.

GRDO is a startup company in a very important and ever so need sector. Most of the competitors are privately owned and not publicly traded. This type of business can excel without public backing because of the low overhead and high reward. Watson (our CEO) has the know how of public trading, and used this avenue to create a world class startup business with unlimited potential. The A/S is maxed out, and the companies base platform is complete. There will NOT be any dilution into any run that gets generated.

Now that the company has achieved its desired operation status its time to spread the word. The hiring of KENDRA TODD is a great start. As a pink sheet company you could never expect a better choice. She was made famous by winning the apprentice season 3. Her business sense was greater than the other dozen competitors, and she was chosen by DONALD TRUMP as the winner. She was picked as a contestant because of her previous life success. The screening process for those contestants is extensive with thousands of applicants. Now that she has been hired as our spokesperson we are expecting to hear in what capacity she will be used. Do a little Google research on her, and you will fall in love with the prospect of having her here. The DD is half the fun of these pinks.

Revenues
There is many questions as to the current revenue status with GRDO. My take on this issue is as follows (aka my opinion).Revenues are not going to be an important factor as of yet. They will be once this share price is trading where it should be. Where should it be? You may ask. A lot higher. The potential of this type of company was seen back in FEB. when the share price ran to 0.0075. The bad part about starting a REAL company is the time involved creating a REAL product in a business with established companies holding the majority of the market. Our product is now as good as any. Just visit www.guarddogid.com and see for yourself. The revenues will come from what is being done RIGHT NOW not from the past. I would not expect them until end of summer or year.

Share structure/revenues.
The share structure is maxed out at 650,000,000(650 million) A/S. This means NO DILUTION. with a customer base of 10,000 paying $12 a month = $1,440,000 per year revenue. with a multiple of 5 we are at 0.01. That is only 10,000 subscriptions. With 50,000 subscribers we are at 0.01 with no multiple. Or 0.05 with a multiple of 5. Watson's goal is for 1 million subscribers. I like the goal,and understand it will take years to achieve that. Lifelock has nearly 2 million subscribers and they have been around since about 2003.

Conclusion
I believe all of our investor dreams will come true here in time. A real company takes real time to develop. At this trading level all investors and day traders can make money while this climbs.We have a lot of passionate Mods on this board who are all giant position holders. The board is friendly, and invites all opinions. There are a few(really just one poster) that has run out of bad things to say so now he just post "dont by this" His motives are as transparent as our share structure, and I mean that in a good way.
