No, Revo Uninstaller doesn't fully support 64 bit operating system yet, but you can run 32bit version on 64bit Windows, because of the Windows-32-on-Windows-64 (WOW64) compatibility layer, so it works to some extent. For example known issues are that will not detect and uninstall any installed native 64 bit program and the Hunter Mode doesn't work properly.
We continue to improve Revo Uninstaller and we are developing a native 64 bit version of Revo Uninstaller for all 64 bit Windows version that should be ready in the next few months, so stay up to date!
