ib12u, this is one of the best posts I have read in a while.

I hope, wish and pray that you are right and they never, ever do a R/S to us, EVER.
I believe that once the production is going and one or two of these fuel stations are open for business the deep, deep pockets get on board and the advertising will be full throttle. At that point the PPS will increase regularly, if not exponentially.
All IMHO

Take care everyone
I’m not going to say good luck because I don’t believe we need good luck at this point in time. We just need DM to care about us shareholders by NOT doing a R/S!

GOOOOOOOOOO EVFL

Sincerely,
Essence of Wealth

'Quinnradio'?, for all it's worth, I too don't believe there will be an R/S.

It appears EVFL may just actually GROW themselves to the Big Boards. You never know.

But speaking of R/S's, I found something common on PINKS who Re-Orgs themselves with the R/S.

The R/S, which in and of its own right, should generally be beneficial but it seem to backfire with bad results.
An Ideal R/S changes only the share structure and not the Market Value of shareholder's positions. On the books, it gives an immediate Price Per Share hike for the said company, allowing eligibility for up-listing and more. But the PPS Hike doesn’t hike the shareholder’s Market Values of their positions, in fact, it remains the same. Well, initially anyways.
This is because to maintain the Market Value of a position, any company restructuring in this manor that involves PPS movements, the Shares held are moved in the opposite direction. So that the resulting market value remains unchanged.

Unfortunately, many shareholders have tunnel vision and only see their share count decline against the PPS increase because their BRAIN wants to multiply their preexisting share count against the new PPS increase that followed the R/S and shows a grossly high market value.

The decline in their Share count is often misinterpreted as a decline in their market value, even though they’ve observed it remained unchanged.

The common results are often followed by a huge decline in the Price Per Share due to massive sell-offs that ultimately causes losses to those holding long.

This in turn causes more sell offs and the stock ends up back where it started.

The R/S that turned 1 million shares into 1000 and turned a PPS of .0001 into .1, is later panic-sold back down to .0001.

The 1000 shares now multiplied by .0001 have a market value of 10 cents.

This is the taboo about the R/S and can and has hurt many companies.

It’s a no Brainer that EVFL is completely aware of the R/S taboos.

Although I in no way know what’s on the inside of EVFL’s head and/or whether they’d do another R/S, if ever at this point, I don’t believe they’ve come this far with an ever increasing following and then R/S it all to hell.

The way things are going they may not need an R/S.

Once they’re officially On-Line and dispensing BioFuel into Gas tanks, I guarantee you, this stock will rival the existing heavyweights, if not exceed them.

The number of new millionaires this stock will create yet alone hefty bundles for many bank accounts to say the least, is an understatement.
Let’s be real here, flippers or not, longs or not, no one is investing for the hell of it.
EVERYONE who puts up a buck in anything of chance or gamble is doing so for monetary gains when all is said and done.

When a new product is released it almost always takes off.
How long the FAD lasts is another thing.

When a NEW FUEL is introduced into a market starving for energy conservation and environmental cleanliness, it is in my best interests to be well positioned at the starting point.

IMO, EVFL is at that starting point and the gates are about to be opened.

And all the squabblers will be left squabbling alone in their corners.

LONGS RULES HERE!
