I have to respectfully disagree with your statement of the legal team making a mistake by requesting a jury trial sir.Just from my experience with court room proceedings which hasn't even been close to as complicated as this case is or can be. But think about it would you want a decision on this case to be made by 1 INDIVIDUAL?

I am sure Chase legal team would love that just M/O it would be a lot easier to influence one individual if that were to happen than it is to try to possible let's PAY OFF or influence 12. "THAT IS JUST A THEORY" so think about it. M/O is that if it did go to trial I personally agree with the legal team to let a JURY decide it. JMO
