Well the big POSs: GAWY, PCOR, GFYI, etc that issue them over and over, arent getting so lucky this time on their share issuance, but in the end, they dont care about the share price they are converted at, so they can go to 0, then R/S and start over. Hard to believe there is anyone out there, who doesn't already know the con game.
