I read it. Interesting. A joint motion signed by both parties. Received by the judge on the 25th. But only signed yesterday. And it appears on Pacer today. I imagine the judge wanted to talk to both parties' lawyers before signing off on another extension. That to me seems to be the reason why this took so long to appear. And, in line with that thought, the conversation looks to have occurred yesterday.

The new doc (which is already one week old) says that the parties were "too optimistic in how long the process would take." So they need two weeks more. OK. So now the next round of pleadings are due on Oct 9.

And we now know that these "faxed" motions can take up to one full week to show up on Pacer.

This is becoming a little bit like chess. Trying to anticipate the other guy's next move (or two or three).
