There's an update now, they have exchanged several drafts of an agreement, requesting add'l 2 week extension, so things must be progressing, someone will probably get an image of it uploaded before I do...., this extension will have no effect on any other deadlines. 10/9 opening briefs and evidence on claim construction due.
10/23 Respnsive briefs and evidence on claim construciton due.
10/28 plaintiffs in each action submit a joint claim construction chart on computer disk in Word format containing the parties' agreed-to constructions and their respective proposed claim constructions.
