la france, you should ask yourself some objective questions... Would the company waste available capital on a buyback, then r/s anyway ? Would serious investors touch a stock with habitual r/s? Isn't the company trying to attract deep pockets ? Wouldn't r/s hurt board members also ?

I can't see a r/s being part of an intelligent buiness plan anytime in the near future. It might be more of a possibility well into pennyland or higher, but only with strong revenue stream.

This is a company with a future that is planning to be a major player in this industry. The seeds have been, and are still being planted with this goal in mind. Take a long hard look at the steps this company has taken since the changes made to he Board of Directors, and Board of Advisors.

Remember, any business, financial, or long term decision made with emotion is a bad one.
