Shake, please provide the source of the info in post #418. We really need to see a date of publication, Bake. Please provide the links that show the promotion (similar to the link in Scions post # 420, http://tinyurl.com/ydhvec8 ) that not only show the promotion, but also show the disclosure that we now know can not be found in Scion's link (Google Cashe, 9/8/09), but somehow it was there in the 8/12/08 info that Shake provided us. You need to provide 2 links. One for the 8/08 promotion and one for the disclosure because you have to click on the "Disclosure" tab to get it on the PSP web site, as shown in Scions link he kindly provided to us.

Your post try's to insinuate that there was some sort of promotion of EMGE stock in 8/08 and PSP supposedly got 100,000 shares (easy enough to prove right) of EMGE stock for doing this promotion. But when you go back and look at the charts (I looked at Bigcharts.com) you see that EMGE stock hovered at $1 or below from 8/08 to the last week of 9/09. Now if there was a promotion around 8/08 or later it certainly did not help the stock did it? Some people might surmise there never was a promotion in 08, therefor there was never the need to "pay" 100,000 shares to PSP. Makes sense right?

What is interesting though are the time lines here. Shake insinuates that the first so called "promotion" took place in 8/08 or some time around there (even though in Scions link the promotion was done in 9/09 but the # of shares of stock as of date was 7/29/09). Please note this. It has come to my attention that this kind of stock transaction that PSP supposedly got would not allow them to sell the stock for a year. Low and behold, a year later PSP is doing "another" promotion regarding EMGE stock and who knows all about it when convenient? Scion! You are amazing Scion. "where did you find that golden nugget"

What else is interesting. Look at the difference in Scions link and Shakes post. Notice anything missing? Where is all the meat of that promotion like we see in Scions link and again, why could Google Cache find the disclosure implicating EMGE in 8/08 but, it is gone in 9/09? Something must be wrong with Google Cache these days. I mean the DJ reported said" "The Web site has since been taken offline and can no longer be viewed." (referring to the 8/8 web site link where Shake gave us the disclosure), insinuating something sinister happened yet low and behold! Mr. Shake was able to find bits and pieces of the promotion and the full disclosure through google cache. And of course Scion was able to find the meat of the 9/09 promotion, but not the disclosure. Where is that disclosure, Scion or are you trying to insinuate PSP shut that down because it would incriminate them? Actually it may have been shut down to try to incriminate EMGE. I mean that disclosure may clear EMGE, but shoot we can't see it now . . . but the one in 8/08, the expert Mr. Shake found. It was right there on Google Cache for all of us to see.

An interesting web. Any of you think I'm on to something. To moderater. All this info has already been copied pasted and documented. It may look bad if suddenly it disappeared.

Just using my naive brain. :)

We all will be waiting for your links there Shakey.
