I am curious what the legal ramifications and likelihood of receiving the funds back dirrectly to SPNG are since the funds allegedly came from RM enterprises. We all know the relationship between the 2, but in a court of law, GFGU would owe the money to RME, not SPNG. I still think they would have to return the funds to RME since no service has been rendered and no shares exchanged, so it might just be a clerical issue and just a headache to clean up the confusion.

That is hilarious how they state that SPNG is shorting the stock. Why would they short a stock that they had intended on investing in and owning shares? that doesn't make any sense.
