I know that Revo Uninstaller has been mentioned often here, but I finally tried it yesterday and it is amazing! I used all the options on an 8-year old desktop and it works almost as well as on day one. Start-up, boot up and opening of browser is lightning quick.

I wasn't sure what Hunter mode was about but found an 8-minute YouTube video that explained it.
