Did I not call this last week, last month, a year ago? They are the masters of saying they are giving the shareholders something "good" in exchange for delaying things further. Like they couldnt wait a week to do this new deal AFTER the merger was completed? This is the 5th or 6th time now I can count of the top of my head that they have delayed this merger all in the name of "bettering" the deal.

How you people cannot see through this is beyond me. THIS DEAL WILL NEVER CLOSE PEOPLE. This is all a big delay scam because they KNOW it will never close.
