my take is they will let the markets slowly sink over the next few months only to once again interject themselves to bring back up in time for the campaigning to begin for 2010 elections and take away the ECONOMY argument from the Reps

If the continue up till then, not much air left in the balloon and the appearance will not have the same SALVAGE effect
