can we also agrre that 4b ruling in favor of wamu would drive pps considerably being that cash infusion of new buyers would drive the price up to breakeven.
we have all speculated on settlement from jpm, but lets not forget the fdic, i think we dont talk about them enough, i beleive a large sum will eventually come from them.
