So their "mining" for prospects entails recognizing your searches for keywords, i.e. new roof, new car, divorce attorneys, etc., grabs your IP # and forwards it on to the applicable "subscriber" business. If there is a sale completed because of their spy program, they expect a piece of the action ? Do I have that right ?
It's like when you shop for a contractor online and you fill in your name and phone number and you receive a hundred soliciting calls only THIS is insidious.
