So please don't tell us to forget about CMKX and what has transpired. If it wasn't for us all the new regulations that have been introduced by the SEC would have never taken place.

We will be heard and we will expect compensation for the lack of security when it comes to Certs.
Did you know that a company at that time could in fact create a Stock Certificate in any size or shape with zero security on it.
We requested thousands of dollars in CMKX Certificates.
Yet a simple $20 bill had all sorts of security implemented on it.
Also the governing bodies such as the SEC using the excuse as a lack of funding is legitimate because we can all agree that they were underfunded at the time to do their job.
The Transfer agent should have been checked when so much money was involved, don't you agree ?
So perhaps the lack of funding could be explained to the SEC by Congres, and then to us!
