Yeah the Filing from I understand has been completed!
They are in the midst of restructuring and looking at a range of different proposals primarily lead by Financial Plans with atleast one by Donald Trump and the Beal Bank a good friend of Donald's and another lead by a group of the current Company Bond Holders.
Again as I understand it!
The process at this point with some interesting development is being controlled and lead from by US Federal government through and by an appointed Judge and their team, watching for any potential of foul play and looking for the best and most viable solution for the company for stability and recovery. It all sound good to me! Great actually!
The two base proposals would both throw large amounts of cash into the company for sustainability and growth!
Although again as I understand it, Donald's base Plan( Hope and think he may have another one, he better if he wants to win this one ) along and the Beal Bank would see the Company go private with Bond Holders and Investors being cut out.
I don't blame him for trying! He's human! All bad! Man Kind were all about conquest! LOL! But there are alot of players in this game and all watching closely and wanting to win as well! May the best man win! I look it this way, Its cool when we can all swing it out, get knocked down and get back up, shake hands and then go back it again! That's life! Doomed to repeat ourselves! We do that in our personal, professional and investment lives every day! LOL!
I personally don't think it will happen or go down that way in any case and now with active government and SEC guidance to and with the process even more unlikely but I guess you never know! My bet is against it!
