What happens to the PPS when new investors find out that there ar 6.9 Billion shares AS and 2.6 Billion shares Outstanding?
That is an awful lot of shares to trade on a daily bases as you are witnessing today. 800,000,000 million so far trades today and it's only 1:50 pm.
This stock will require a reverse spilt very soon in order to maintain the upward movement to a .01 share price.
