We know the size of the debt. We know the whole capital structure of the company. We know the laws. We know about finance. We know the competition. We know the market. We know the stock markets.

In other words, we know about as much as Kelly.

If we put our heads together, we already know what will happen. And then we can make good investment decisions, which I thought was the whole point of this board.
