good luck on ITCV.....

Alot of shares were sold @ .005 to investors excited by all the stockprowler/hotstockchat/tradersnation touting. Do you really think MMs want to risk getting those shares dumped in their laps by taking it over .005?

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
