VivaLasVegas - everybody has a right to dream but the Lehman story is so so so complicated.... They are going to be tied up in court and legalities for years.. WAMU's story is cleaner and a settlement with JPM/FDIC would resolve this quickly. If you're WAMU, why would you want to get mixed up with Lehman and now be caught up in all their legal issues for years? I doubt this will happen.
