Hard to say. Gut feeling. Yes. But this is a heavily traded stock. You never know.
I look at the L2 constantly and what I saw today was consistent with mm's bumping the price up to get money in their hands.
Then they drop it back down.
Think about it though.
This spiked on no news.
Every time it's done that, CBAI comes out with a PR soon after and says "We just paid down_____"

Make some money on this, just don't get caught holding when it goes back down to .003+/-
Flip the pee out of it and get your money.
