Yep. I agree. Matt took the money from Optimus and they bought there 700M shares today. By my figures Matt got over $3M out of the first traunch (loan plus dilution). And given the fact that Nite has been selling for a month since Matt's last debt reduction PR, I would think the dilution should be over. He had to pay cash to fit-up the new Lab and that added to his cash needs. But I still think Nite goes night night asap. I'm still hoping we get to .01 by the end of the week if Nite is done. Have to wait till tomorrow to find out. GLTA
