I think that the SEC has just begun to catch fish from this pond - might as well start from the top & work your way down. Perhaps their intention was to send a message to the remaining shams to shape up or their next.

And I do not believe that MIKP can be held liable for any SEC current filing events; however, the 'sins of the father' may eventually heat up - after-all we did have some change in the SN venture, and I haven't forgotten that at all.
