OK. So I have been lurking on this website for 2 weeks. Maybe learned enough to not get slammed initially, who knows? Time for a secondary nurse perhaps. A few things I learned from being married to a lawyer for 10 years, since deceased.
-Legal people take one point at a time. Don't get ahead of themselves on the big picture. More powerful that way.
-There is always cause for delay as long as u file the motion in time. An exercise in intellect maybe but it works.
-Decisions not always based on law exactly. Case law more specifically or how it has been done b4. "The law" is not as black and white as it may seem.
-The judicial process works over time. Not always with the good guys and bad guys winning but you have to believe that the truth prevails.

OK attorneys, how far off am I? I love to learn
