My point was that when you take a step back and get out of the details of the case... you see 126 + million shares of stock that was diluted into outstanding shares in a short time. The company obviously knew of this huge dilution, but none of us did. During that time...especially recently...curious large volume activity, okay,,lets call it dumping,, was occurring. This board and others had reams of speculation on why all the large volumes and why the price just couldn't keep any gains...etc. I now finally see a reason. We kept seeing 592 million shares outstanding, but were there?

I agree with all the possibilities discussed that the company did nothing illegal. But, when the company uses hundreds of millions of shares of stock to repay one of its own officers back on a loan, it is at stockholders expense and should not have come as a surprise to us, it should have been known. Maybe it was out there and we just didn't find it or give it any importance until now.

Like I said before, I bought more on Friday. It disturbs me though that all this dumping occurred. I believe that many of these huge volume dumps came from these vapor shares. Seems like these shares would be held onto if the company was finally going to execute. Rumor, another MOU, deals in Europe...would all seem to do the opposite of a stock dump wouldn't it? Unless...unless it was all part of the plan to help the dump...? I am not saying I believe that, but it is now one more bad possibility that is...lets face it... now out there that wasn't before. I hope the company releases something addressing this. At this point I am in to the end. Not selling now.
