While Paragraph 44 is not pretty, the good thing is that Einhorn, the attorney for the defendants, stated that Signature Leisure and the other defendants are already under a temporary RESTRAINING order. And under Request for Relief (Page 13, C), the SEC is requesting an Order for the disgorgement of all ill-gotten gains, which means that they will have to return any profits made from the cited violations.

Also in that article, Einhorn stated they’re going to try to “work something out,” which sounds like a settlement to me. My bottom line for Monday is that as far as we know our guys are clean and any settlement should work in IPWG’s favor, and then there’s the Shareholders’ Meeting coming up. So I see more good than bad. We shall see.
