It was the company, not one of its officers. The company used a wrap around agreement to pay off an unpaid dept, loan, or salary of one of its officers. Page 10, para 42 sums it up pretty well...

Although it still does not mean IPWG did anything illegal, it was the company acting...not a lone, off the reservation officer.

I bought more on Friday too...but I see more and more possible bad outcomes for this now after Friday's news.

Paragraph 44 is a real kicker...
