OK, I just read the link again.

This complaint seems very legit. In addition, I truly believe that the companies that wrongfully sold these shares into the open market could very well be forced to rebuy these. This isn't a criminal case. it's a civil case. It's also going to be by jury if it actually gets that far. I highly doubt it will go to court. it will be settled out of it if the defendants are smart.

So, what is fair? what will be negotiated? It has to be something that would compensate the companies that were driven into the ground as a result of selling mass quantities if stock prior to dates agreed upon. compensation to the company would be compensation to people, like all of us, that own the stock.

I bet rebuy is a legit action that could take place. I would hate to be those guys.
