The key thing to remember is that when the short report is released, it is already 8-10 business days behind. IMO many shorts covered the 14th thru the 18th and the 21st thru the 25th. The next report (in 2 weeks) will cover that period and give us a better idea of the percentage covered to pps +/- ratio!
