The problem is that Carnes got most of the money from the stock sales. We thought Jared was getting the money and putting it back into EESO. So, we accepted the dilution. Then Jared swore to us that Carnes and Kistler were gone and he invited them back in June out of desperation or to Cash in one more time not sure which one yet.
